Adolescence is a critical stage in shaping lifelong health, wellbeing and opportunities. Through our Adolescent Reproductive and Sexual Health (ARSH) programme and Too Shy To Ask (TSTA) platform, we empower adolescents with accurate information, life skills and supportive environments that enable informed decision-making and positive behavioural change.
Through Kishori Manch groups and Girl Champions, we create safe, peer-led spaces where adolescents can build confidence, develop life skills and participate in creating change within their communities. The programme brings together adolescents, parents, Panchayats, ASHAs, Anganwadi workers and government health programmes to strengthen community participation and ownership.
The Too Shy To Ask platform extends this support into the digital space, providing adolescents with trusted, confidential and age-appropriate information on reproductive and sexual health, combining digital access with community outreach.

Prevention is an important part of building healthier communities. Our preventive healthcare initiatives focus on awareness, early detection, timely intervention and access to care across priority public health challenges. Through community partnerships and targeted interventions, we work across areas including tuberculosis, diabetes and anaemia combining awareness with screening, counselling, referrals and treatment support.
