Dr. Pradeep started out with a small setupof a laboratory as Micron Laboratory in Panvel in 1996. Later, from 2002, he started chains of labs in Navi Mumbai, Kalyan & Kokan. Under his leadership, the first standalone NABL-accredited lab was started in Navi Mumbai. In 2012, Dr. Pradeep formed JV with Metropolis as Micron Metropolis Healthcare Pvt Ltd. He has conducted over 200 blood donations camps and worked as an Associate Professor in Pathology at Dr D Y Patil Medical College, Nerul, Navi Mumbai
